Sunbrella Extract for Oil Based Stains
Specially formulated to penetrate the fiber of the fabric, Sunbrella Extract targets stain particles, capturing and lifting the debris. Once applied, Sunbrella Extract dries into a powder that is easily removed with a vacuum. Available in 5 oz.

What is an Oil Based Stain?
Stains fall into one of two categories; water-based or oil-based. Oil-based are the toughest to completely remove as they are hydrophobic and repel water. Oil-based or grease stains include:

Cooking oils like olive oil, vegetable oil, or canola oil

Condiments like salad dressing and mayonnaise

Cosmetics like liquid makeup, moisturizers, or sunscreen

Oily ingredients such as coconut oil and butter
Oil-based stains can be treated using our Sunbrella Extract Oil-Based Stain Remover. For water-based stains, we recommend using Sunbrella Clean Multi-Purpose Fabric Cleaner
What Fabrics Can I Use it On?
Sunbrella Extract is specifically formulated to clean and treat Sunbrella fabrics, including upholstery, cushions, umbrellas, fabric awnings, boat covers, Bimini tops, canvas, and other fabrics. Extract is not for use on Sunbrella Horizon® Marine Vinyl. You should always spot-test on non-Sunbrella fabrics

- Shake well before use.
- Remove excess liquid/debris from stain before cleaning.
- Let stain dry before treating.
- Hold can upright, 6-8 inches away from stain. Spray in a circular motion just outside the perimeter of the stain, slowly working inward until stain is completely covered.
- Allow cleaner to dry completely.
- Use a vacuum or a soft bristle brush to remove powder.
- Repeat as needed for tough or set-in stains.
Before use on non-Sunbrella fabrics: Test a small, hidden area for colorfastness and examine when dry. If color or texture is affected do not use.
