They were shipped quickly with plenty of communication and the packaging was excellent - they arrived unbroken.
Smoked a whole, cured pork belly, then cut it into cubes and put back into the smoker. For the last 30 minutes, coated the pieces with this whiskey glaze. Came out great! Good caramelized smoky flavor.
